Janet Lynn Dean of Marietta passed away January 1, 2025 after a long illness. She was preceded in death by her dad, Vester Dean. Survivors include her mother, Margaret Dean; sister, Brenda Dean White and her husband Cliff of Dahlonega, Georgia; brother Andy Dean of Acworth; several nieces and nephews. A service will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday at Mayes Ward Dobbins Historic Marietta Chapel, the family will receive friends from 1 to 2 PM prior to the service.
