Friday, May 30, 2025. She was born in Atlanta, GA on December 4, 1948. She attended
school in Atlanta and graduated from The Lovett School. She continued her education
at the University of Georgia graduating with a degree in Psychology. While working in
downtown Atlanta, she met her beloved husband of 47 years, Clyde. Kay’s passion was
her family and she was the most loving mother and grandmother. Her joy was infectious
and she brightened everyone’s day when family, friends or strangers encountered her.
She loved her lake house and her favorite time of the day was dusk when she and
Clyde would sit on the dock (with their slush), talk about their week and stare at the
wonder of God’s creation.
