Ronnie Thomas Key

Ronnie was born November 19, 1958 in Marietta, GA, the son of the late John Daniel “JD” Key and the late Margeen Drummond Key. He worked as a dispatcher for Wayne Davis Concrete for many years. After retiring he enjoyed fishing, spending time with friends and family especially his two grandsons, Waylon and Braxton. He was a Christian by faith.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Terry Key.

Ronnie is survived by his loving sons, Sean Key, Temple, GA, Shane (Lorisa) Key, Georgetown, TN, brother, Edward (Penny) Key, Thompson Station, TN, nephew, Brian Key, TN, niece, Brandy Key, TN and grandsons, Waylon Key and Braxton Key also survive.

The family will receive friends Friday, August 18, 2023 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at J. Collins Funeral Home.

Graveside service will be conducted Saturday, August 19, 2023 at 10:00 am at Kennesaw Memorial Park, Marietta, GA with Rev. Shae Tallent officiating. With the following gentlemen serving as Pallbearers, with Mitchell Keaton, Jason Williams, Terry Miller, Shane Gulledge, Joey Kelley and Tim Kelley.
