Daniel William Starliper, Sr.

He is the son of Willard Syelvester Starliper and the late Ruth Jackson Starliper. He was a Baptist by faith. Daniel enjoyed painting and drywall, fishing with his son, WWE wrestling and was an excellent cook.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Tanya Hegmann-Starliper, daughters Alison Starliper, Alicia Starliper, and Lacy Starliper and his sons Daniel Starliper Jr. (wife Amanda) and Daniel Starliper III. His stepchildren Nehemiah Hegmann and Lilijana-Mae Rodrigez. He is survived by his brothers; Phillip Starliper, Brian Starliper, and Denny Starliper, and sister, Loretta Starliper, his mother-in-law, Elianne Garrett and father-in-law Keith Garrett. Sisters-in-law, Jessica Crone, Sandy Starliper, Rhonda Starliper and Jane Starliper, and multiple nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his daughter, Gennifer Leonard, brothers; Donald Starliper, Willard "Poe" Starliper Jr., and Johnny Starliper. Also preceded in death by sisters; Wilma Starliper and Patty Starliper.

A memorial service will be held March, 14, 2025 at 6:00PM at McKee-Stone Funeral Home at 109 Broad St, Martinsville, VA. Family will receive friends immediately following the service.
