Jerry Harold Gibbs, 73, of Blue Ridge Nursing Center in Stuart Va. passed away on Saturday,September10, 2016. He was born in Mechanicsville, Maryland on February 20, 1943 to the late Ollis W. Gibbs and Lottie Young Gibbs.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sisters, Dorothy “Dot” Pierce and Frances Gibbs Kerns; brothers, Larry, Roger and David.
He is survived by his wife, Addie Wilkinson Gibbs; several sisters-in-law and numerous nieces and nephews; special nephew Ronald “Will” Joyce and his wife Julie.
Jerry was the owner and operator of Vogue Upholstery. He was a member of Fort Trial Christian Church.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 18, 2016 at McKee Stone Chapel.
