In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughters, Vickie Cannaday, Connie Taylor and Debbie Taylor; sons, Donald Taylor, Larry Taylor and Barry Taylor; sister, Nell Stolpe; brothers, Ezra Hudson, Buddy Hudson and Leon Hudson.
Mrs. Taylor is survived by her sisters; Pat Holland and husband Boyd of Bassett, Juanita Hudson of Colorado; seven grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Taylor worked at Blue Ridge Nursing Home for 30 years.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 20, 2016 at Roselawn Burial Park with Reverend George Hearn officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1079 C Spruce Street, Martinsville, VA 24112.
