Mike and Pat,
Thanks so much for sharing your mother with us @Verra. We all loved her so, so much. It was an honor and a pleasure to care for her. She kept us all on our toes! I'm so glad I stopped in and had a visit with her a few weeks ago. She was always so appreciative to the staff and made us laugh all the time. I do what I do because of people like her. May God comfort and keep you all, she will be missed by so many!

Aunt Margie was a lovely southern lady. She was also great fun. Her smile, her laughter, her love for us will be a treasured memory. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

I am sorry the children and I could not be there for you, Mike and Pat. Aunt Margie was such a bright light in our life; she loved Grace and Thomas and was a good friend to Mother. My last memory of her is from this summer, when we "kidnapped her" from the nursing home. "Lets get out of here" she said to me. I asked "don't I need to sign you out". "No " she said, and off we went to lunch and shopping. I will always have memories of her and your father- mostly my Mother buying him off color gifts during his illness. She missed your father so much after he died.- I wish a love in their life like that to everyone. From Mom Tuttle to baskets of chocolates and champagne for her for Christmas. She is now hanging out with Daddy , Mother and Uncle Jones (plus all the Tuttles). Remember that Death is only the in-breath of God. She is now with the people she missed most. Love to you all. I will cherish the memory of Margie and carry her influence in my heart. What a beautiful soul! She was so proud of her sons and her grandchildren and shared stories each time I saw her.  I was blessed to have her in my life. Please know that each of you are in my thoughts and prayers

Please accept our sincere sympathy ...my parents , Jay and Margaret Kellam, were friends with Henry and Margie....as were our Aunts and Uncles...The Kellams, Witherows and Byrd's....they were well loved.  We will think of them often with smiles. God bless.

Margie, you were like family to me and I thank you for your kindness and concern for my family.  You were always such a positive person with encouraging words to say.  The grand reunion must be spectacular where you are!  You will be missed.

Margie and Henry were the best neighbors that anyone could ask for growing up.I will always think of you when I think of Glen Court. You will always be missed and my prayers are with the family.

Margie, I will always remember the times spent with you and how nice you were to me and my family. You will be missed by so many.  Peace be with you.
