Andrew "Slim" Hanna

Andrew James Hanna, 28, passed away on February 4, 2018 in Lansing, Michigan. Born July 26, 1989 in Lake Forest, Illinois, Andrew – known to his friends as “Slim” – was a free spirit who loved to travel and spend time on the beach. He loved his family fiercely, and enjoyed including them in his adventures as he traveled all around the country.

He was preceded in death by his nephew, Baby Ryan, and his uncle, John Morgan.

His spirit will be lovingly remembered by his mother, Lisa (Mike) Macgrayne; his father, Mike Hanna; his brother, Michael Hanna; his niece, Kaylee; his nephew, Skiler; his grandparents, Bill and Mary Morgan, Robert and Roxanne Hanna, and Charles and Jean Seward; and his many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 9, 2018 at 11:00am at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, Mason Chapel, 621 S. Jefferson St., Mason. The family will receive friends on Thursday, February 8, 2018 from 4:30pm until 7:30pm. Interment will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery in Mason.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice House of Mid-Michigan or to the family to help with funeral expenses.
