Boyd Dean Hodgson, age 64 passed away March 12, 2015 after a long illness. He was born August 9, 1950 in Greenville, Michigan to Lester G. and Betty J. (Stevens) Hodgson. Boyd had worked for Inco Graphics and Dart Container. He was preceded in death by his parents, paternal and maternal grandparents. Surviving to cherish his memory is his loving wife, Yvonne D. (VanAtter) Hodgson; daughters, Vanessa K. Hodgson, Amy (Lancaster) Burch; grandchildren, Christopher, Michael, David, Kara, and Sara; siblings, Linda A. (Hodgson) Switzenberg, Larry G. Hodgson, twin brother Bruce D. Hodgson, Susan K. (Hodgson) Olson, Mary B. (Hodgson) Wirt, Jane M. (Hodgson) Hensley; many nieces, nephews and friends. The Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, March 21, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at the Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, 621 S. Jefferson, Mason, Michigan with Pastor Tom Switzenberg officiating. Visitation will be held 1 hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Hawley Cemetery. There will be a dinner following the committal service at the Ingham Township Hall in Dansville.
