Deborah Ann Deview (Miesler) age 72 of East Lansing, passed away Saturday August 22, 2026. Born October 24, 1953 in Detroit, MI, Deb was the daughter of Eleanor M. Miesler (Bizek) and Bernard C. Miesler. Formerly of Mason, Deb worked in the medical field serving as an office manager for Dr. Larry Rawsthorne and Dr. John Armstrong of Pulmonary Consultants and Critical Care. Deb loved to be with family, friends, her cat Smudge and Smokey. Deb found great joy in caring for others even when being cared for herself.
Deb found true love in Gary W. DeView as they married December 31, 1983. They were married for 29 years as Gary preceded her in death (2012).
Loving mother of Aaron Roddenberg and (fiancé) Sherry Glowacz of Howell; Matthew Roddenberg and Melanie Roddenberg of Gregory; D’arcy DeView of Pensacola; stepson, Jeff DeView of Ocala; Wonderful grandmother to Taylor and Wyatt Roddenberg; Caring sister to Nancy and Bill Parsons of Mason; Charles and Andi Miesler of Sierra Vista; Michael and Renee Miesler of Louisville; Eric Miesler of Michigan; sister-in-law, Judy Crites; Loving great grandmother to all her great grandkids.

Family and friends may greet the family on Sunday, August 30, 2026 from 1pm to 4 pm at the Gorsline-Runciman Funeral Home, 621 S Jefferson St, Mason, MI 48854. Funeral services will be 11am on Monday, August 31, 2026 at Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church, 7740 W St Joseph Hwy, Lansing, MI 48917, with visitation at the church one hour prior to service. (Please note: there is construction around and at the church). Burial at Hawley Cemetery in Mason, MI.
Following the burial everyone is invited to join the family for a luncheon which will be held at: Ingham County Fair Grounds Office, 700 E Ash St, Mason, MI 48854. Food is being catered by Tony M's - home cooked Italian food will be served.
