Denny was unapologetically himself. He was blunt, had a dry (but wild) sense of humor and stayed true to his feelings and beliefs. As a 1976 graduate of Mason High School, Denny loved to play saxophone and guitar and began his career in accounting at just 19 years old. He loved to listen to music, watch movies, go deer hunting, traveling, reading and watching sports. He umpired and refereed for many years in multiple sports and was a huge history and civil war buff. Denny began his tax business, Leading Edge Tax Service, in Lincoln Park in 2007. He was extremely proud of his work and loved working along side his wife and applying his love of math to his everyday job.
Denny is survived by his wife of 15 years, Annette Clark; his daughter Cassie (Nick) Seger; and his son Nick (Hannah) Wedlick; his father-in-law Mike Manchizh and his mother-in-law Vera Manchizh; his brother Dee Clark; his grandson Noah Seger, his granddaughter Chloe Seger, his soon-to-be granddaughter Lilah Wedlick, his niece Lyndy (John Upton) Clark and his niece Kellsey (Brad Arnold) Clark.
Denny was preceded in death by his parents Jim and Dorothy Clark and his sister Deb Clark.
A visitation for Denny will be held Saturday, August 20, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, 621 South Jefferson, Mason, MI, followed by a funeral service at 1:00 PM
