Belated condolences to the Souders Family. I worked with Ed when I was in the Detroit Regional Office. We had many warm exchanges about quota assignments. He was a great manager and a strong supporter of the Lansing Office mission. My best to all of you!

I had the privilege of working with Ed during his many assignments at IBM, most particularly during my final year at Western Michigan in 1982. My condolences to Lil and their wonderful family. Ed was a fine man, of utmost integrity, and a good friend.

Carole and I had a long and treasured friendship with Ed and Lil too.

Ed was the best both professionally and personally. He was the best manager I had during my years with IBM in Lansing. He was so understanding that when we decided to move to the South, he insisted that we take his van to travel and see the cities we were considering. After we moved, we stayed in contact always enjoying his adventures and the stories of the family. Ed shall be missed and
always remembered, for he was a special person that one just want to be around. We will hold our memories in a very special place in our hearts.

Our condolences to Lil and the kids.

Whether it was the "Turkey Talk", "In God we trust all others bring data", or "If you don't value your time why should anyone else", Ed was always mentoring others to achieve more. He will be missed, though his legacy lives on in his family, work, and all the lives he inspired along the way. He and Deming are probably having quite a spirited discussion up there!

Lil, Mike, Brian and family, Deepest sympathies to you all.

I consider myself quite lucky to have had the opportunity to work for/with Ed for so many of my early years in the IT business. He touched countless lives with his business and community involvement. I can only imagine he was just as involved as a father, brother, grandfather, husband. He will I'm sure be missed.

Thinking of you all at this time

Ed Souders was a great man to have worked for and known. Being fairly young when I started working for Entre Computer Services, Ed and that company helped shape me and get me to where I am today. I owe much of my success to Ed and Entre!

Much love prayers to Ed and Lil, and all the family!!
