Age 89, died March 12, 2012, born March 27, 1922 to John and Cecelia (Urbanek) Mesyn. She was a sweet, loving mother and grandmother of few well chosen words. She enjoyed sewing and gardening and loved baking, especially oatmeal cookies! Florence was preceded in death by her parents, brothers Aloysius, Thomas and sister Delphine. She is survived by two daughters Gloria (William) Loiselle, Elaine (Harry) Meloy, 4 grandchildren, Michael (Rosalind) Loiselle, Jeff (Kandi) Meloy, Kathy Meloy, Anthony (Sarah) Loiselle, 2 great grandchildren Amber Meloy, Josh Meloy and 1 sister, Lorraine Parafin. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, March 17, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at the St. James Catholic Church, 1010 S. Lansing Street, Mason, MI with the family receiving friends 1 hour prior to the service. Interment will be immediately after the service at North Aurelius Cemetery, Aurelius Township, Michigan.
