

Helen Ware, of Mason, Michigan, age 90, passed away peacefully, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and cherished memories. Helen was a devoted mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend, whose kindness and generosity touched the hearts of everyone she met.
Helen was predeceased by her beloved husband Harold, her son Michael, and her brother Don. She is survived by her sons Phil (Lorraine) and Bruce (Mary), along with five adoring grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, who brought endless joy to her life.
A loving and enthusiastic grandmother, Helen was always a willing participant in her grandchildren’s projects, computer games, and escapades. She had a remarkable ability to make even the simplest moments feel special, bringing fun and imagination to everything she did. The Ware family cottage on Higgins Lake was a place where wonderful memories were made, as family and friends were regular visitors, enjoying the beauty of the lake and the warmth of hospitality. Helen and Harold were known for hosting unforgettable parties, full of laughter, fun and the spirit of togetherness.
A fierce advocate for her son Mike, Helen dedicated much of her life to supporting him, ensuring he had every opportunity to succeed. In her later years, she delighted in treating her family to special trips, including cruises and a memorable Las Vegas adventure. Helen never turned down an opportunity to try her luck at the casino, always with a smile and a sense of excitement.
Helen’s love for her family and her zest for life will be remembered by all who knew her. She had a way of making each person feel valued and loved, and her spirit will continue to inspire her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and all who were fortunate to be part of her life.
