Joyce Marie Foss, age 89, of Leslie, Michigan passed away on Wednesday, November 22, 2023. She was born May 15, 1934 to Harvey and Dolly Swaim in Lansing, Michigan. Joyce dedicated 25 years to the Ingham County Library System and was a big supporter and fan of the University of Michigan. She will be dearly missed by her children, Patricia Foss and Randall (Catherine) Foss; her grandchildren, Perrie (Terri) Herrick, Aaron (Stephanie) Spence and Michelle (Kevin) Joyce; her great grandchildren, Gabriel, Keegan (Sarah), Keely, Zoe, Asher, Gideon, Silas and Caleb. She was preceded in death by her husband, Perry.
No public services will be held at this time. the family requests donations in Joyce's name be made to Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
