Lawrence R. Meirndorf Sr.

Mason

Passed away on November 10, 2016 at the age of 87. Lawrence was born February 25, 1929 to Edward and Lottie Mae (Turrell) Meirndorf in Webberville, MI.

He was a resident of Mason for most of his life and retired from Fisher Body after thirty years of service. He loved automobiles, motorcycles and tinkering with anything with a motor. He enjoyed helping his family and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce and son, Terry.

Surviving are his two sons, Larry (Cindy) and Kerry (Leslie); three grandchildren, Larry, III, Rick (Lisa) and James; two great-grandchildren, Kaytlin and Jayden and one sister.

The family will receive friends Sunday, November 13, 2016, 2-6 pm at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, 621 S. Jefferson, Mason, MI and one hour prior to the service at the Jean R. Anderson VFW Post #7309, 1243 Hull Rd, Mason, Michigan. A Celebration of Life will be held noon on Monday, November 14, 2016 at the Jean R. Anderson VFW Post #7309, Hull Road, Mason, MI.
