Marjorie Gene Sprunger

Marjorie Gene Sprunger was born on February 9, 1929 to Harry and Bernice E. (Truax) Bosma in Flint, MI and went to be with her Lord on November 19, 2015 at the age of 86. Marjorie was a Registered Nurse in the Oncology Department at Sparrow Hospital for 29 years and retired in 1993 and also was a volunteer at Sparrow. She was a member of the Mason First Church of the Nazarene. Marjorie was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Edwin Bosma. Surviving are her one step-daughter, Pamela Leger; 2 sons, Paul (Julie) Sprunger and Patrick Sprunger; 8 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; and 3 sisters, Myrtle Bosma, Mildred (Rev. Earl) Jordan, and Norma (Larry) Dexter. Funeral Services will be held Monday, November 23, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at the Mason First Church of the Nazarene with Rev. Gerhard Weigelt officiating. The family will receive friends Sunday, November 22, 2015 at the Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, 621 S. Jefferson Street, Mason, MI., from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Monday one hour prior at the Church.
