Michael “Mike” Duane Hannay, age 24, passed away September 20, 2013 in Mason. Michael was born January 16th 1989 in Lansing, MI and was a 2007 graduate of Mason High School. He was an employee of Jenk's Heating and Plumbing. An amazing person, Mike was close with all who knew him. He enjoyed working on cars with his dad and going to car shows; loved longboarding, biking, and music. His sense of humor and wisdom will never be forgotten.

Surviving are his parents, Robert and Cheri Hannay; sister, Heather (Troy); nephew, Gunner; grandparents, Lloyd and Sharon Remus and, Harold and Edna Hannay; aunts; uncles; cousins; and his cat, Katie.

A Memorial Service will be held 5:00 PM Thursday, September 26 at the Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, 621 S. Jefferson, Mason, MI 48854. The family will receive friends Thursday from 4:-5:00 PM.
