Michael's early years were spent with his parents, Randy & Nadene Potts, and his brother Nathan, in Holt, Michigan. Michael graduated from Holt HS in 1997.
Michael was a beloved son, grandson, brother, nephew, cousin, uncle, and friend who touched the lives of many with his unique sense of humor, creativity, and outgoing nature. He possessed a brilliant mind and disarming wit. He was a vibrant soul that created vivid memories with all that he had relationships with.
As impactful as each of his relationships were, his hobbies were just as deep and passionate. Michael enjoyed improving his marksmanship at the shooting range. He had an extensive Lego collection and was always setting up his next project. He loved to fish, bicycle, and if there was any sort of racing event, he would very likely be in attendance.
Michael was a truly unique soul, a one-of-a-kind that will be remembered by all he contacted through his years.
