Peggy S. Frye

Age 60, died September 1, 2018 in Leslie, born February 4, 1958 in Jackson, Michigan to Dayrl and Barbara Rentfrow. Peggy was preceded in death by her father, and sister in-law, Marty Rentfrow. She is survived by her husband of 40 years, George Frye; sons, Josh (Jenni) Frye, Jason (Lisa) Frye; daughter, Angie (Jake) Hawkins; grandchildren, Zach Dullock, Cory Dullock, Shelby Frye, Piper Frye, Matthew Dullock, Clarissa Frye, Blake Hawkins, Alyssa Hawkins, and Lucas Hawkins; mother, Barbara Rentfrow; brothers, Rick Rentfrow and Ron Rentfrow; sister, Cheryl Rentfrow; and many nieces and nephews.

Peggy was a resident of Ingham and Jackson County all of her life. She graduated from East Jackson High School in 1976. Her grandchildren were her greatest joy and the love of her life. She was happiest when she was outdoors camping with her family.

Peggy’s wishes were for cremation with a Celebration of Life Service to be held at a later date. Contributions can be made to University of Michigan Cancer Research Department, 1500 E.
