To Bob's family and Friends, i am truly saddened by the loss of such a great man.  He brought laughter and love to most of the people he came to know.  he would always make fun jokes for me every time i came to work.  i truly enjoyed the laughter he brought to me and so many others.  i was also lucky enough to see his loyalty to his friends.  for once your friends with him you have a sure ally for the rest of you life.  he gave voice to people that needed one. Sincere regards and deepest sympathy. I worked with Bob at Motor Wheel Corporate and we spent many hours together during building of two wheel plants in Kentucky--meetings/dinners and travelling together--many fond memories.

Sorry to be a part of this loss. I worked with Bob, not only in Lansing,but
in Illinois and Chatham Ontario. We shared many evening meals together
when were both away from home on Motor Wheel assignments. Also enjoyed
playing golf together.

I had a warm spot in my heart for Bob. He always made my days a bit brighter with his caring soul, honesty, and sense of humor. He really was a big teddy bear, soft on the inside.  We had a special relationship, I enjoyed taking care of him and being his friend, and will miss him.  I'm sorry for your loss.

Bob was a great friend to my step-dad, Tom Tabler, and he was sad when they were no longer at the same table at meals after Bob moved upstairs.  He and my mom SO appreciated his - and your friendship and sharing your Thanksgiving dinners with them.  Our condolences to the family during this time.  The Boyd and Tabler families.
