I am at a loss for words. Bob (Blob as I called him) was and always will be a dear friend....a Brother. We were roomies at the infamous Tessmer Farm for three years. A wonderful seed of kinship was planted and grew over the following 40+ years. We talked several times a year and visited at least once a year. He was stubborn, gentle, meticulously organized....always genuine. I love him very much. There is a hole in my heart and in my life. I will miss him dearly. Peace be with you my Brother. Your suffering is over.
Fly like the wind,
Boom Boom
(As he liked to call me)

We stayed in touch over the years, typically a card and/or phone call around the holidays. Regretfully, we never found the right time to visit one another in Lansing or Ann Arbor. Being roomies at the Tessmer Rd. farm was so long ago, yet that time from '77 to '84 remains filled with cherished life long memories. Rest In Peace, old friend.
