Rosa May Doles January

Onondaga, Michigan

Rosa May (Doles) January, age 82, born on June 1, 1930 in Iberia, Ohio left this life to be with her loving husband Donald of 39 years. She worked 28 years at Ridgeway Hatchery of LaRue, Ohio and then retired to spend her time with friends and family.

Rosa is the daughter of Clyde S. Sr. and Lucile M. Doles. She is proceeded in death by her parents, brothers; Clyde S. Jr. of Jackson, Ohio, John F. Doles of LaRue, Ohio and George E. Doles of Onondaga, Michigan, one sister; Betty (Doles) Lawhun of South Point, Kentucky and one stepson; Ronald A. January of Marion, Ohio.

She is survived by one sister; Patty (Donald) French, sons; William (Judy) Burk Sr. of Marion, Ohio and Clyde Patrick Burk Sr. of Wheelersburg, Ohio, stepdaughter; Lori (Mike) Columber of Marion Ohio, one stepson; James D (Henrietta) Tow, 16 grandchildren, 38 great-grandchildren, 11 great ,great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews and a large extended family.

A special thanks to Karima (Scott) Clark and Lee (Mark) Rogers; her special care takers.

Rosa will be deeply missed and greatly remembered by all she touched. Graveside services and burial will be held at Lane Cemetery in Onondaga, Michigan on Tuesday, October 2, 2012 at 10:00am with Rev. William Muller of Onondaga Community Church officiating.
