Sally Holliday of Lansing, MI made her transition on April 5, 2011. Born in Lansing, MI on May 4, 1946 to Robert Holliday and Lorene (Hill), Sally was the manager of The Book Burrow in the downtown Lansing Library.
Sally lived her life with creativity, enthusiasm and pleasure. She had a bright and curious spirit. She was a lover of animals, music, antiques, art, goddess spirituality, Michigan beaches and her wonderful friends and extended family. Sally was many things, animal trainer, massage therapist, artist, aroma therapist and a gifted teacher, but her great passion was her love of books. She was a great reader and an avid book collector, whose vast knowledge of books, seemed endless.
Her talent as an independent scholar led her to seek and absorb a wide range of subjects. Sally generously shared her knowledge and wisdom with others.
She was a visionary business woman who founded Dancing Bear Books, and Holliday Ways as well as being one of the three original goddesses of Triple Goddess Book Store in Okemos, MI.
Most of all she was the best sister ever.
