Shirley was born May 13, 1939, in Leslie, Michigan. She was the 4th of 7 siblings. Shirley married Eddie Zaremba in 1958, she gave birth to 3 boys (Dean, Ricky & Cody) and helped raise her stepson (Eddie). Shirley’s 2 grandchildren (Collin & Cori) were her pride and joy.
Shirley was an avid bird lover and the Queen of lawn mowing! Shirley loved spending time outside mowing, working in her yard and enjoying all the wildlife on her estate. Cooking was one of the many ways Shirley showed her love to her family and friends. Shirley was also a very talented singer; she would go to assisted living facilities with family and friends to sing for and with patients. Shirley also enjoyed painting and would decorate her home with her paintings, as well as gift them to others.
Shirley would want us to celebrate her life not mourn her passing. She would want us to tell stories about her, share our memories and keep her spirit alive. Shirley is looking down on all of us smiling, watching us rave about what an amazing person she was and wishing all of us nothing more than a lifetime full of love and happiness.
