Thomas Carl Romanauski, 75 of Mason, Michigan passed away on Friday, January 31, 2020. Thomas is survived by his wife of 54 years, Phylicia “Pat” Romanauski; his children, Tim (Susie) Romanauski and Kim (Tom) Silsby; his grandchildren, Steven Wilk (fiancée Heather) and Caroline Wilk; and his great-grandchild Jack Wilk; his brother Jim (Ethal) Romanauski; his sisters Bette (Gary) Baginski and Christine Horn.
During Tom's career, he built campers for trucks with his brother Jim; designed, built, and sold furniture; and built fishing planers for his favorite hobby. He loved fishing for walleye and perch and was known to his friends as the “The Eye Guy." Tom was also a Ham Radio Operator throughout his life: licensed at age 12, he took over his father’s call letters of "W8LKE" and even taught and proctored new generations of Ham Radio Operators. Tom was very creative and his passion was drawing. He has left us with many wonderful memories.
