Timothy "Tim" R. Whipple

Born November 18, 1960 in Mason, Michigan to Harlan and Ruth (Anderson) Whipple, passed away on July 16, 2016 at the age of 55. Tim was a resident of Dansville for 34 years. He worked in construction with both his parents since 1979. Tim was with the Dansville Fire Department for 34 years and was the current Chief of 9 years. He loved spending time with his family and friends, camping, riding his motorcycle and traveling.

Surviving to cherish his memory are his wife of 34 years, Carol Whipple; sons, Brandon (Bobbie) Whipple, Craig Whipple; grandchildren, Riley and Aiden; parents, Harlan and Ruth Whipple; brother, Tod Whipple; sisters, Jolynn Drumm, LeighAnn Whipple; and several nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Tim’s Life will be held Saturday July 23, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at the Dansville High School, 1264 South St., Dansville, MI 48819 with the Reverend Jeremy Wicks officiating. The family will receive friends on Friday July 22, 2016 from 4:00-8:00 p.m. at the Ingham Township Fire Station, 1420 Johnson St., Dansville, MI 48819.
