William "Billy" O. Blanchard, 79, passed away on Monday, February 1, 2021 in Lansing, Michigan. He was born July 27, 1941 in Lansing to Ezra and Esther (Hile) Blanchard. He was known to boss around his housemates and caregivers, and he loved to hug.
He was preceded in death by his parents and three siblings.
Billy's big heart and loving spirit will be remembered by his brothers and sisters, Roy (Mary) Blanchard, Nina Sebastian, and Larry (Carolyn) Blanchard; his many nieces and nephews; and his caregivers and support team at both Heritage House in Lansing and Community Mental Health.
Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, February 9, 2021 at 11am at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, Mason Chapel, 621 S. Jefferson St. in Mason, with visitation one hour prior. The services are limited to 25 people, and masks will be required.
