William "Sam" Herrick

William Lloyd Herrick, age 60, went to be with his Lord and Savior January 1, 2014. He was born May 31, 1953 in Lansing, MI to William and Esther (Rounds) Herrick. He was employed by Pepsi-Cola for many years. Sam enjoyed hunting, gardening, and fixing things. He was a strong believer and often helped out at church. He enjoyed estate sales as well as watching and talking about sports. Most of all he enjoyed being with his family and grandchildren.

Sam was preceded in death by his brother, Steven Herrick. Surviving are his wife Julie Herrick whom he married in 1976; daughter, Heather Zaban; 2 sons, Michael (Elizabeth) Herrick, and Tony Herrick; 5 grandchildren, Sydney & Ella Zaban, Jacob Herrick, Ally & Zach Herrick; brother, Roger (Heidi) Herrick; 4 sisters, Judy Herrick (Bernie), Cheryl (Jim) McQuaid, Becky (Randy) Haynes, and Alisa (Mark) Arnold.

Memorial Services will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday, January 7, 2014, at Fellowship Bible Church, 1030 West South Street, Mason, MI 48854. The family will receive friends at the church Tuesday from 10:00-11:00 AM.
