Tony went to St. Jerome School and Collinwood High School then enlisted in the army and was stationed at Fort Crowder assigned as prison guard. Tony has always stayed connected to veterans through his membership in American Legion and The VFW in Wickliffe. His Army training led Tony to his life-long job as an electrician at New York Central Railroad in Collinwood Yards. His wit helped him in making friends at work and beyond. Tony has an artsy side as well. He played the trumpet and loved music of all styles. He spent 17 years developing his painting skills at Wickliffe High School. His living room at home became his little art gallery. In his last 7 years Tony was challenged by dementia and kidney failure and was cared for at Light of Hearts Villa and most recently at Burton Medical Care Center and Reserve Care. He was grateful to the Veterans' Administration for providing his last months of care. Tony was faithful in his service as an usher at Sunday Masses at Mt.
