   My dearest Mary, words cannot express the sadness in our hearts  ... I know we don't have to tell you how much we love  Clem... You and Clem are like family ,not like you are family!!! .. He was such a strong & kind man and I admired him so much. He fought a brave fight! He made and decorated the best  and most beautiful cakes anywhere!  He was so good to Carla and Monique when they worked  there all those years ago ! We all have many great memories of Cake Castle ....You were his Queen!!!!!!   He will be watching over you always!

When I married into my husband, Jims family, I never would have imagined how blessed I would become. Uncle Clem has truly been a blessing in our lives. We will forever be grateful for his kindness, generosity, and love that he shared with us. Jim, our kids, and myself will miss him immensely. We will find comfort in knowing he is watching over us. 

There are no words to adequately express how saddened we were to hear about Clem…..We love you Mary and will be here for you if you need us….
