Domenic Ciarlillo

DOMENIC CIARLILLO age 86, born in San Giovanni, Galdo Italy, passed away July 16, 2026. Beloved husband of Consiglia (nee Silvaroli). Dearest father of Linda Petrie (Timothy) and Diana Chait. Devoted grandfather of Timothy Jr., Michael and Christopher (deceased) Petrie, and Jacqueline and Brandon Chait. Beloved son of the late Angelo and Theresa (nee De Rubertis) Ciarlillo. Dear brother of Nick Ciarlillo (Frances) and Joanne Mansi (John). Dear uncle, cousin and friend to many. Domenic is reunited with his beloved dog Pepino.

Domenic enjoyed gardening and was an all-star bocce player. He started working for the City of Mayfield Heights in 1984 for the Roads Department repairing streets and sidewalks and laying concrete. Later, Domenic transferred to the Parks Department where he was responsible for the city landscaping. The flowers and trees in our parks were meticulously maintained by Domenic. He also was responsible for maintaining the city's bocce courts that are now home to an international bocce tournament.
