Flora Ticchione

She was born on November 18,1928, in Little Italy of Cleveland, Ohio to the late Michele and Antonina (nee Cancilla) Arrigo. Beloved wife of the late Domenic. Loving mother of Domenic (Kathy), Betty Lopez (Greg, deceased), David (Becky), and Michael (Mary Ellen); devoted grandmother of Lisa Francetic (Brian), Valerie Rini (Mike), Greg Lopez (Becky), Joseph Ticchione (Ming), Elizabeth Sprout (Ryan), Domenic Anthony, Liliana, Domenic Michael, and Michael; great-grandmother of 12; dear sister of the following deceased: Anne Carabotta (Joe), Salvatore Arrigo (Marie), Candida Nelson (Glenn), Josephine Volpe (Joseph), brother-in-law Tony Ticchione; she will also be missed by many nieces, nephews and friends.

Flora had a special devotion to the Blessed Mother, and she instilled the importance of family & traditions to her children. She enjoyed cooking traditional Italian meals, pastries and celebrating special holidays & family events with everyone. Her family was so very precious to her, and her spirit will live on in our hearts forever. Her family would like to give special thanks to the caregivers at Jennings of Brecksville and Hospice of the Western Reserve for the excellent care and kindness shown to Flora. Memorial contributions may be made in Flora's memory to Hospice of the Western Reserve. Mass of Christian Burial 10:00 am Monday June 12 at Holy Rosary Church. Interment Lake View Cemetery.
