FRANK "JOE" SIBERT GASSER Jr. age 89, of Concord, Ohio, passed peacefully surrounded by his family on Tuesday, April 10, 2018. To Joe, family was everything, especially his wife, daughters, and grandchildren. Joe was born in Cleveland, Ohio on April 27, 1928 to Frank and Grace (Main) Gasser. He served in the US Army in World War II (“The Big One!”), he had lied about his age to enlist and remained until after the war ended. On November 27, 1952, he married Marie Trimboli. Together they had two daughters. He worked in the printing business for many years. Joe and Marie enjoyed traveling together as well as spending time with his growing family. Joe is survived by his beloved wife of 65 years Marie; his daughters Genise (Sean) Carter, Susan (John) Shaw; his grandchildren, Danny (Brandy) Clinton, Adrienne (Terrance) Butler, Marie (Caleb) Lipocky, and John Shaw III; his great-grandchildren, Jameson, Jonah, and Effie; his brother Charles (Donna) Gasser, sisters-in-law Jennie Gasser and Ella Hagstrand, and many adoring nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents; sisters Jean Oden and Evelyn Dorcsak; brothers Curt and Richard Gasser, and son-in-law John Davison.

I have such fond memories of Uncle Joe -- He was always so tender and caring and treated all of us with dignity and respect. He was steady and fun. I remember all the fun games with him at the family reunions. I know you will miss him greatly. I love you all and am lifting you in my prayers.
