Giuseppina Tamburro

GIUSEPPINA TAMBURRO was born in Siculiana, Sicily on December 23,1932. Loving wife of the late Emilio Tamburro. Loving daughter of Giuseppe Consiglio (deceased) and Maria Anotonia Parisi (deceased). Dear sister of Lorenzina Consiglio (deceased) and Giuseppe Consiglio (deceased). Dearest mother of Anna Marie Tamburro, Antonetta Palazzo (Tony), and Amilia Pickerill (Robert). Devoted Grandmother of Christina, Joseph, James, John and Josephine.

Giuseppina valiantly immigrated to Cleveland to join her brother. Soon after arriving she met her beloved husband Emilio and they settled in Mayfield Heights to raise their family.

Tragically widowed at a young age, she courageously raised her daughters alone and kept them close. Her biggest joy in life was her grandchildren whom she selflessly helped raise.

She loved to embroider, garden and cook, and was a member of the Baranello Women's Junior Auxiliary Club. Giuseppina was spirited until her final hours. The angels lovingly carried her home surrounded by her family to be reunited with her husband on their wedding anniversary.

Mass of Christian Burial 10:00 am Friday July 15th at St. Francis of Assisi Church. Entombment All Souls Cemetery.
