This is a screen shot of a video and despite how many I take, cannot get one of them not talking!  Mackenzie and Grandma were taking videos and in this video, Grandma says, "Oh my goodness...." and Kenzie interrupts  with, "You're so pretty" and the video ends.  It was really sweet how Grandma would spend time with the kids doing things they enjoyed ~ so much laughter, so many fun times!

Snapchat fun with Grandma.  Mackenzie and Grandma would play on Snapchat for long periods of time.  We were laughing until we had tears in our eyes.  

This picture was the first time that Grandma got to hold her Great Great Granddaughter, Emma. My Grandma was so proud and couldn't stop saying how tiny and perfect she was.

Grandma showing her fun side!  Mackenzie introduced Grandma to selfies back in the spring.  Every now and then, Kenzie would ask Grandma to take one with her.  So, back in August after the Hospice art therapist left (we did a generational hand print keepsake) we decided to take a generational picture to go along with it.  So, here's Grandma with my Mom (Laura) and myself!  

For those of you that really knew Grandma, you knew how much she loved music!  During the Hospice music therapists visit to our home to see Grandma, she was singing Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy by The Andrews Sisters.  Grandma loved it and we all participated by shaking these shakers to the beat of the music.  We had such a great time!

Grandma at her 88th Birthday enjoying her family with a Corbo's Bakery cassata cake - her favorite!  We kept reminding James not to touch the cake.  What does Grandma do?  Calls him over, puts him on her lap, takes his hand, makes a finger and scoops the icing at the bottom of that cake!  THAT was Grandma.  She loved making the kids smile and having fun doing it!!  I managed to snap this picture of James enjoying that icing and right before where she's holding his hand having him scoop the icing!  

Celebrating her 89th Birthday with us in April.  We got Grandma her favorite cassata cake from Corbo's Bakery!   We all sat around the kitchen table that I grew up sitting at when at Grandma & Grandpa's house!

Grandma loved to laugh.  She loved being around her family and loved little kids.   She was very proud to be a Grandmother,  Great Grandmother and in June became a Great Great Grandmother. Even in her last week, seeing baby Emma put a huge smile on her face.
