JACK JONES age 92, WWII U.S. Navy Veteran, passed away peacefully at his Mayfield Heights home on December 31, 2017. Dear and loving husband for 67 years to the late Mary (nee Sofia); devoted father of Grace Jones, Jane Taddie (Michael), Jack (Dina), Jim (Marie) and Sally Clarke (Patrick). Proud grandfather of Jacqueline Finomore (Brandon), Allison Grampa (Dave), Matthew Jones, Bernie (Caitlin) and Tina Iacampo, Samantha Zurcher (Dylan), Justin and Marisa Jones, and Carly and Carson Clarke. Great grandfather of Sofia, Giovanni, Cole, Julia, Evan, Evelina, Cecelia and Milana. Dear brother, uncle and cousin to many loved ones in Dayton, OH, Tennessee and Texas; special friend to the many people whose lives he touched. Jack will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved him. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Jack’s memory to Hospice of the Western Reserve, 17876 St. Clair Ave. Cleveland, OH 44110.
