JOHN WILFORD BYNUM age 75, passed away November 30, 2020. A U.S. Army Vietnam Veteran. Beloved son of the late John and Mary Alice Bynum; dearest father of Jerome Bynum; dear brother of Eugene Bynum (deceased). John graduated from Hampton University soon after the war with a degree in Chemistry. He started work at Lubrisol, and later found work with Sherwin Williams as a chemist. But, his passion would not truly be discovered until he went into the education field and taught at Health Careers in the Cleveland School District for 11 years. He loved sports, especially golf, teaching, family, and had a thirst for knowledge. He believed in learning all you can so that you could have the knowledge and confidence to tackle all obstacles.
