Beloved and cherished daughter of Jerry Paltani and Holly Hulderman , dear sister of James , loving, dedicated partner of . Charles Fridley.

Adored granddaughter of Jim and Mary Jane Paltani, Bob and Lois Hulderman, all deceased.

Niece to Lynn Wade (Larry), Bradley R. Hulderman, deceased, James Paltani III, (Karen) Judy Palmisano (Bob, deceased), Jack Paltani (Anna).

Cousin to Marisa Himes, Deanna Strauss (Lou), Michael Palmisano (Lauren), Bobby Palmisano (Natalie), and John Palmisano (Bernadette)

With her incredible strength and strong desire to live her life as a “normal” person , Jordan earned her college degree between transplants, survived treatment for cancer, and worked full time as a medical assistant. Her dream to was to become a nurse and help people. She loved her work family, her small circle of friends, her cats, especially Chad which she nicknamed Dr. Chador, and her family. She enjoyed her home in Wickliffe, her 4 cats and taking Bella I and Bella II to see Santa and the Easter bunny, every year, with pictures.

Jordan’s family is forever grateful to all the UH and Cleveland Clinic physicians, nurses and staff that helped support and care for Jordan over her 39 years. She was determined to recover from her most recent transplant. Her medical team’s efforts going above and beyond did not go unnoticed.

Those that knew Jordan, knew her passion was cats and organ donation. Please consider becoming an organ donor if you are able.

Services are private. A celebration of Jordan’s life will be announced at a later date.
