My Dearest Matthew:  Merry Christmas my love.  This is your second Christmas in Heaven with our Lord.  Everyone missed you at the Bonchak get-together.  I did the Candyland theme and they all loved it.  Today,  is our 26th wedding anniversary!  I will always be married to you; you are my husband and always will be.  This is my last message to you on this website, but not the last forever.  I will continue to write you messages in my journal and even leave you messages in a bottle that I bought just for you.  Oh, thanks for coming to see me on the 22nd.  I felt you sit on the bed and Nancy even said that she heard me having a conversation with you.  Wish I could remember it.  I love when you come to me!  Remember this, I will always love you!  Wish I could see you one more time, maybe it will help stop the pain in my heart.  Matthew, you are me life!

My Dearest Husband - Prayers are flying your way with hope that you and mom and dad came to hold the hand of our niece, Breanna Velotta, to calm any fears and lead her to Heaven to meet Jesus.  Our hearts are breaking apart over her death.  The only comfort we can possibly hold on to is that you were there for her and will always be there to comfort her with the light of our Lord.  She passed 10 months to the day that you passed.  I'm still in depression and missing you so very very much--you are my partner in life.  I miss your smile, hugs and kisses and our dancing together to the 50's.  I continue to see you in my heart and enjoy reliving our memories. I hope you too can remember our memories. Hi My Love: Sending you this message about Christina's graduation--it was wonderful, I'm sure you are so very proud. I made Christina a necklace just like mine, a heart with your picture in it for her to wear when getting her dipolma.  When I got home from San Fran I had asked if you were there and not even 2 minutes later, the lion picture on the wall went flying sideways, not down as if it fell, but sideways--that was your way of letting me know you answered me and was there with us.  I miss you more and more as each day passes!  Nancy and Dan are moved in today permanently.  Yesterday, you were here. I know it.  I felt my bed move but thought it was Ricky at the end of the bed, but he was on the pillow, then right after that I heard something fall in the house.  It was our "last initial"  "D" that fell, but not really, it was as though it was placed on the coffee table, by you to let me know you were here and watching over me.  I still can't believe your gone.  I still hear your last words "I'm dying".  I still see how you raised your arms up as if to reach out to someone, someone who was coming to take you home.  I looked to see if I could see, but I couldn't.  You were so brave to when the doctor gave us the bad news.  My heart will always be filled with my love for you!!!  Love you, your wife.

Hi Honey - Nancy had a surprise for me when I went to MI this last weekend with the left over garage sale stuff.  She took me to see John Edward.  OMG!!!!  I had so prayed that you would come through him, but you didn't.  I cried and cried......I wanted so much to know that you are ok and to know that you will be with me and Christina at her graduation this weekend.  I know you will be there, I just wanted to hear if from John and to hear that you are ok and not mad at me for not being able to keep you here with me. To our brother Matthew, he lived his life exactly how he wanted too, he did whatever he wanted to do from the time we were kids until now. He was Uncle Freddie,Ralph and Dad all wrapped in him. Went to Natalie's house for XMAS and everyone made or bought a gift that represented your life and gave them to Christina and Me.  It was wonderful how everyone expressed how much they love you.  Went to Darlene's on Friday and Dawn Marie's on Christmas Eve.

Hi Honey, December 27th was our 25th wedding anniversary. Happy Anniversary. A memorial mass was scheduled for you by Father Polito so I went and lit a candle for you.  Guess who was there?  Gino and Theresa.  I love you!  Merry Xmas Baby!!

Went to the funeral home on December 12th for a memorial service for all those who passed away within 1 year and who will be spending their first Christmas with Jesus Christ.  In memory, the funeral home provided a Xmas ornament with your name on it and I hung it on the tree.  I was crying so hard I had to run out of the funeral home.  I miss you so much!

Today, 11/13/15, you came home to me to share our love, the sun, and the rain. Forever together!  Love you!

We were so shocked to hear of Matt's passing.  It was plain to see how much he loved you both and how precious you were to him. Although we haven't seen you for a long time, we'd like to think we are friends that became family in your hearts. So sorry to hear about Mat's passing away.  I remember him from our younger years hanging around the corner and the good times we enjoyed.  
I live in Florida in the winter so I am unable to attend the wake.  Please accept my condolences.

Sending our deepest sympathy to the DiBiase family. I will always remember Matt's unique sense of humor, the laughs, and great times we shared. We would argue about politics one minute and be cracking up watching a movie the next. We will love and miss him forever. Our hearts are broken.
