I met Mike through work. I helped support accounts that we worked on together and became friends.  I also made a trip to OH a few times  to make a few joint sales calls together.  Then we always continued to talk regularly for work or about sports or his music.  Our mutual connection was our  friend John which also worked for the same company I had been working for until JT retired. When JT retired that allowed me to  takeover accounts and work with Mike which  established our friendship.  And then even more recently in early 2026  I was considering changing companies. Mike was aware of some of the struggles.   Then some unexpected changes happened suddenly and Mike got me connected within 3 days to someone that was a former account of mine in our industry.  My new company at some point  might  have heard I was no longer there.  Maybe they would have  reached out because they knew me and my own reputation. However, I can't thank Mike enough because Mike reached out on my behalf.   He let someone know I was available I had a new opportunity within a matter of days.  Good people work together and lookout for each other.  
Thank you Mike and never let the music stop.

I am very sorry about the loss of Mr. Mammano. He was my nice neighbor, he and his two wonderful completely harmless old dogs. He offered me rides so many times. He always had  something to say, that is for sure.  I will really miss him. We both fed an elderly stray cat. The cat will miss him too. I am sad. He was a good guy.

Michael would stop and shop with us all the time. He was a pleasure to be around. He was always so positive and kind when he came in. He shared a lot of knowledge with me about guitars and music theory. Michael always enhanced the mood when he'd shop, always telling us about his experience with the product he would purchase. I'm happy I had the opportunity to know/meet Michael over the years. 5/27/26 was my last encounter with Michael. We spoke about music theory that day, specifically the mixolydian scale. He spoke about easier ways of playing and the circle of fifths as a way to remember the sharps and flats in a scale. Before heading out he looked at me, smiled and told me he'd be back with a guitar book for me so I could start practicing again. I didn't know that would be our last conversation.. Rest in peace Michael. You will be missed friend.

Celeste, if you are reading this, I am deeply sorry for the loss of your brother, Michael. My heart goes out to you and your family during this difficult time. I pray that the many precious memories you shared with Michael bring comfort to your heart and remind you of the special bond you will always have. May the Lord surround you with His peace, love, and presence in the days ahead. I pray that He grants you strength when you feel weary, comfort when you are grieving, and the assurance that you are held in His loving care. Mike and I met in 1999, work related meeting. Instant bond through our music. Special man who loved family and friends. I was lucky to have him as a friend. We collaborated together writing music.  I from Buffalo and he from Cleveland we still found time to always talk about our Bills and Browns . I will miss a great human being who taught me to be proud of my family and love of the moment at hand.  Love you Magooo! My condolences to the family I know he was your rock . God Bless

I knew Mike when he was in high school. He would come to our house to visit my sister!! Such a great guy!! I was so shocked and sad when I saw this!! I pray for his family and may he rest in peace!🙏

My heart goes out to all of the Mammano family, as you deal with this terrible and sudden loss. I’ve heard a lot about the Mammano family over the years; Mike and I texted or talked almost every day, and we often discussed the importance of faith and family (as well as Cleveland sports and music). The birthday of one of my daughters is August 18, the same day as your parents’ shared birthdays, and we celebrated that fact/coincidence each year. 

I’m abroad now, and will be unable to come to Ohio for Thursday’s service, but I’ll be with you all in spirit. 

May Mike’s memory be a blessing.

It was quite a shock to hear that my best friend had passed on this morning. I've known Michael since my teens. We spent many nights partying annd bowling ,even after I moved to Atlantic City we stayed close thanks to Michael who always found the time to call. We went on trips and got to see the Tribe in Boston and New York. I will sorely miss or weekly talks where we commiserated over our sports teams, Michael always the optimist said this will be the year.  I'll miss you my good friend, you always talked about mom and dad and you are blessed to be with them again.

Quite a shock to hear about the sudden death of my best friend from Ohio. Mike was a special person to me more like family than just a friend. The whole family has been a part of my life since my teens, and my heart goes out to them all. I will greatly miss my weekly chats with Mike where we commiserated  over our Cleveland sports teams. We had many great memories traveling to baseball stadiums Yankees,Boston and Phillies games in the luxury box.I will miss you my dear friend but our memories will never be forgotten heaven gained another special angel and I'm sure you will enjoy being with your mom and dad.

We are very saddened to hear about Mike’s passing. My wife and I have been neighbors with Mike for five years. Loved seeing him in the yard with his beloved Dog Sadie and just talking about old times.  It is always comforting to have a good neighbor who watch out for everyone.
