Godmother, I will miss hearing your words of wisdom on the phone. The calming simple way you solved my problems. ‘“t’s gonna be alright. Don’t worry. Do what you can and that’s it.Let it go. “ Or when I found out my husband had prostate cancer…”He’ll be alright. he’s young. Lots of people get that.” I called you Monday to tell you you were right. The surgery last week went well, but you didn’t answer. I thought, oh she’s okay, she’s  probably taking a nap. I didn’t know you were getting ready to meet Jesus. So glad we always talked about that. Please say hello to Him for me. I love you soooo much and I will miss you forever.💜🌹💜🌹💜🌹💜

I am so grateful that I got to visit with my Godmother last September. My husband and I came from Arizona and Godmother was the first person I had to see. You try to squeeze years into moments, and I didn’t want to leave….I probably wore her out but she kept saying, “No, stay!”🌹🌹🌹

I remember she was such a spit fire. I fell in love with her. She was at the same facility with my parents for a while. My dad & Nancy would always pick on each other when either of them won at bingo or LRC. They would say they cheated, lol. Heaven sure gained a beautiful angel. God bless & love you Nancy
