PATTI ANN CONSOLO (nee Sorensen) age 64, sadly passed away after a fierce and brave battle with cancer. Beloved wife of Ransom, (deceased). Loving mother of Matthew (Fio) and Alison. Cherished grandmother of Dominic. Dear daughter of Edward (deceased) and Patricia Sorensen. Caring sister of Eddie (deceased), Tommy (Tina), Phillip, Patrick, Penny (Danny), Paul (Lora) and Cathy (Tony). Amazing Aunt of Kristina, Kristin, Kalli, Kyle, Isaiah, Nick, Brandon, Bryan, Ashley, Kara, Fallon, & Danica. Patti loved life & family. Her children & grandson were the loves of her life. She had a great kindness of animals, and raised and fostered phenomenal dogs. She always strove to help others in needed, hoping to guide them in a better direction. She had a love for God and always kept the faith. She was warm, fun-loving and witty. She loved her tea, pastry, pasta and Tequila Sunrises. Her time with us ended way too soon. We are heartbroken but know that she will always be with us, especially her children & big brother Tommy. The family will receive friends at the DiCICCO & SONS FUNERAL HOME, 5975 MAYFIELD RD.
