Robert H. Storey

Bob passed away in his home on Wednesday, October 13, at the age 86 years.

Husband of the late Gail (nee Kelley) for 62 years. Dear Father of David Storey (Lisa) Robert (Bob) Storey and Susan Schreiber(deceased) (Dan) and grandchildren Jessica Edward (Ted)(deceased) David and Jason.

Bob began his studies at John Adams and became class president, He went on to Case Western Reserve where he became captain of the soccer team. He secured a job at Ryerson Steel while In college and retired 45 years later.

During those 45 years at Ryerson, Bob was the drummer for the Versatals and played with some of Cleveland’s best bands. He was also very involved in many sports related activities/jobs at Mayfield High Athletic Department, Highland Heights baseball commissioner, coach of floor hockey for 40 years. Coach at Cleveland Force soccer center.

Once retired from Ryerson he moved onto the Bike Patrol for Lake Metro Parks, Senior softball In Solon, He also had part time jobs at Car Parts Warehouse and Target.
