

STEWART T. “TED” RADIGAN age 84, passed away on February 18, 2016 at his home. Ted was born on the Fourth of July, 1931 to Edward J. and Marie B. (Groenenstein) Radigan of Cleveland. Ted graduated from Benedictine High School in 1950 and married the love of his life Jane H Campbell in 1954. Ted was chief engineer at the Cleveland Municipal “Muny” Light Plant and at Alcoa. Ted made a significant contribution to the NE OH HVAC trade as partner and instructor at the West Side Institute of Technology from 1963 to 1985. He was a Certificate Member Specialist of the Refrigeration Service Engineers Society and was awarded the prestigious Richard M. Theoret Service Training Award in 1992 for excellence in HVAC education. Ted was a devoted family man who enjoyed telling stories, playing pinochle with family and talking shop. Beloved husband of Jane H. (nee Campbell, deceased); dearest father of Betsy, Kathy, Michael Sr. (Lynn), Mary Ann Wervey (David P. Sr.) and James P.; devoted grandfather of Liam and Gavin Browning, Michael Jr., Erin, Emilie, Molly, Mitchell and Mandy Radigan, David Jr. and Shawn Wervey, James C. (Sasha), Kyla and Bridget Radigan and great grandfather of Samara; dear brother of the late Richard (Mary, deceased), Robert (Linda), Donna Mann (Richard, deceased), John (Marcie), Edward (Eileen), Dorothy Nuske (Ron, deceased), Patricia Katrine (Art), William (Sue); brother in law of Mary Campbell (Rick Decoskey, deceased); uncle to many. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Ted's honor to the Carmelite Monastery, 3176 Fairmount Blvd. Cleveland Hts. OH 44118.
