

TYLER NATHANIAL THOMPSON 21 of Columbus OH, died August 29th, 2018 due to complications from Type 1 diabetes. He was born May 30th, 1997 in Claridon Township to Dale & Amber (Gentry) Thompson. He graduated from Mayfield High school in 2015 where he was a member of Show Choir and Drama Club.
Tyler was an incredibly smart child, learning to read by age 4. He always had a love of music and taught himself to play the guitar with the help of his good friend Carl. He loved to make people laugh and he was the king of bad puns. He was so strong and resilient, overcoming so many challenges and struggles in his life. He loved food, eating and recently began asking his mother for the recipes or his childhood favorites to cook for his friends.
Tyler is survived by his parents, his brothers Ethan & Braeden, and sister Carolyn. He also leaves his grandfather Dale Thompson, Grandmother Renee Bush, Great Grandmother Margie Thompson, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. He is proceded in death by his grandparents Jay & Carolyn (Lawrence) Gentry.
