Sorry to hear Tony has passed. We were friends while he attended TSU and stayed in touch for quite awhile afterward. He was a very good and loyal friend as well as a colorful personality. Something we had in common was a deep appreciation for the Allman Brothers Band. To some extent I could share his interest in exotic foods, but in comparison to him my experience in that area was narrow and quite limited.

The next time I listen to In Memory of Elizabeth Reed I shall think of you, my friend. Shalom.

Had Tony as a student at TS University in the 1970's. 
Very likable guy. We stayed in touch for 40 years.
 Communicated via Phone  ....for hours & hours !
All good conversations. Will miss him. 
Met up with him in NYC in 1999....  We had a feast in ChinaTown!   
   Sisters in Colorado & Florida ?   Is that correct ?

That was my Guy. Talked to him everyday in the office. Always stayed positive and had the most stories lol.  I will miss him.  

Anthony was a very funny and likable  guy. He loved authenticate and exotic foods from various places and all sorts of countries. If you wanted to be his friend you had to be willingly to go try some of his favorite restaurants.
He was a big Dallas Cowboys fan which we did share in common too and could name every player and every player's position from the start of the franchise. Anthony always came up with incredible job suggestions and new ways and ideas of trying and approaching different them. Anthony will be surely missed but I know he is in peace now and probably somewhere in some new life giving some Chef a hard time.
