Elaine G. Mills, 87, of South Miami passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 6th. Elaine was born in Brooklyn, NY on April 17, 1929 to Lillian and David Gordon. She attended New York University and the University of Miami.
Elaine worked as an elementary school teacher for more than 40 years. She traveled extensively and enjoyed gardening, reading, theatre and spending time with friends and family.
Elaine will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. She is survived by her daughter, Adrienne Mills, her son-in-law, Timothy Quick and her granddaughter Haley Mills-Quick.
