Dear Claudia:
I have such wonderful memories of your parents from their years at Temple Israel. Your mother was always a gracious lady, kindly, warm and welcoming to all. She was bigger than life. full of fun and laughter, but knew how to work hard and get the task done. Both your parents sat on many committees and the Board during their decades at Temple Israel, and clearly left their mark. Your parents were extremely generous, but in their very modest fashion, did so quietly with no one knowing of their acts; truly the highest level of a mitzvah.

When I left Temple Israel in 1987, your parents gave me a gold Montblanc pen which I continue to use every single day. There isn't a day that I don't think of them. May their memories be for a blessing.

Loved and respected her so much! Enjoyed visiting her in her home and loved when she lived here on West Bay Harbor Drive Sad when she moved from the neighborhood. Although we did not keep in close contact I thought of her often
Strong but lady like. Worked side by side on Book of Memory for 11 years.
May her memory be a blessing

Claudia,

I was not active in Sisterhood when your mother was so I don't have any memories from that time. I have been told that she was one of those wonderful women who were really active in Temple Israel. I do remember seeing her at services. She was always beautifully dressed and very friendly. I am sorry for your loss. May you find comfort in your memories of her.
