OBITUARY
Harold Berman
March 4, 1933 – January 14, 2021
Pembroke Pines, Florida - Harold "Hal" Berman passed away peacefully on January 14, 2021 at his home in Pembroke Pines, Florida. Hal is predeceased by his loving wife, Sandra Hollander Berman. Hal is survived by children Brad, Elisa, Bruce, Jeffrey, and Lauren, sister Frankie Siegel, eight grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and two nieces and nephews. Born in Philadelphia, PA, he broke the mold with his unbridled passion for life and unmatched enthusiasm for love. His favorite song was Sinatra's "I did it my way" and he sure did. Hal honorably served in the Army in the Korean War, his high jinks too many to describe. He moved to Miami as a young man and embarked on a lifelong career as a salesman. The sun and sand of the beach was frequent—sometimes daily—fun, but if you watched him stand at the water's edge you knew it was the ocean's expanse and infinite possibilities that drew him in. Hal truly was a great adventurer; may he now rest easily in the great unknown. A private service will be held due to the pandemic. Celebration of life to come.
